All About Happy Valley Homes

One of Portland's fastest-growing outlying communities, Happy Valley offers some of the most spectacular views and most welcoming neighborhoods you'll find in Oregon. Happy Valley is more than 40 years old, incorporated in 1965. It started as a small community but population began to explode in the mid 1990's. Happy Valley Real Estate

Happy Valley's population more than doubled. Happy Valley saw a population spurt of 154% between 1990 and 2007. The competition among builders propelled the Happy Valley community to be lush with amenities and overall a beautifully planned community. Just recently, the city added an entire shopping center complete with New Seasons market, a fitness center as well as many other great shops. With the great schools, fabulous parks, access to nearby recreation, and comfortable neighborhoods, Happy Valley is one of the top relocation destinations in Oregon.

Happy Valley is about 20 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from downtown and 1 1/2 hours from Mt. Hood. An ideal, centrally located city with just a hop-skip-jump from freeway entrances - making it an excellent suburb just outside of Portland.
